    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
    • 4 kiwifruits, peeled, halved and sliced
    • 1 medium avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and sliced
    • 1/2 cup very thinly sliced watermelon radishes, halved, or regular radishes (see Tip)
